Air Travel
If you are travelling via air, it is most convenient to fly into Toronto Pearson airport (YYZ), Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ) or John C. Munro Hamilton (YHM).

Car Travel (from Airports)
Driving time from Pearson and Billy Bishop airports to the White Oaks Hotel and Conference Centre in Niagara on the Lake is approximately 75-90 minutes.  Hamilton airport is a 60 minutes drive to the hotel.  Buffalo Niagara Airport (BUF) is another option for those who want to come via the United States. The estimated travel time to reach the hotel from the Buffalo airport is approximately one hour, please note that additional time must be considered for Canadian customs clearance.

Shuttle Service (from Airports)
Shuttle services  offer personalized services. NIAGARA AIRBUS offers a discount to all conference participants. For booking, simply click on the link and insert the code 732 when asked for the Conference/Promo code.  Your discount will automatically be calculated. The code is valid for travel from April 17th to May 3rd, 2020 to allow ample time to travel before and after the event. Code is valid booked 84 hours in advance of pickup. From the Buffalo airport, Buffalo Airport Shuttle offers a cost savings transportation option for our attendees.

Other Transportation Options
Regional public transit service are available for those travelling from the greater Toronto area.  Please see GO Transit for rates and pick up locations.

VIA RAIL offers travel to Niagara on the Lake.  Here is the link for further details LINK HERE.
